Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

Our team assesses each project on an individual case based on our years of experience bidding on video projects. Along the way, we’ve learned to be up front with clients about our typical starting range for projects: $10-15K is a good place to start. Some factors that will alter the price are: multiple days of filming, rushed timeline, travel, large crew, hiring talent, etc.

We want our reputation to be such that, even if you don’t hire us, you’ll be glad you made contact with us. We strive to reply to every email in a timely manner and treat every prospective client with respect and transparency.

Are there any hidden costs?

The price we agree on up front is always the price you pay. Our years of experience allow us to give accurate quotes up front. If the client wishes to add deliverables that weren’t a part of the initial scope however, we are happy to discuss additional costs. In most cases, these additional deliverables will come at a lower price because the initial investment on the project has already been made.

How long does a typical project take?

Ultimately, the length of a project entirely depends on the scope of work and the deadline the client has. We can typically complete a smaller project in a few weeks, but some larger project can take a handful of months. Typically though, from beginning to end, our average project takes our team 8-12 weeks to complete.

We also frequently have clients that need a project completed on an expedited timeline. If that is the case, our team will assess our ability to complete the project at the earlier deadline while assuring our quality of work will still be met. This expected timeline does come at an initial cost and will be factored into the initial quote.

How involved do I need to be?

You’re hiring us to bring your project to life. How hands on you are in that process is entirely up to you.

Whether you want to be hands on or take a step back from the production, we will always hold a discovery meeting at the beginning of the project. During this meeting, we will learn exactly what the client is looking for, the reasons behind creating the video, and any other information we need to complete a project both us and the client are proud of. Before we start filming, we provide the client with a comprehensive outline of what we’ll be filming.

When it comes to actual production, it is entirely up to you if you want to be on-site. After all, it is your project.

Will you travel if required?

Absolutely! Many of our projects require our team to travel. To find the best locations and to tell the best story, our team has traveled all across the US and beyond. We specialize in authentic story telling so the studio approach is rarely our go to.

What kind of clients do you prefer?

We work with clients who expect top tier results and see the value in paying for a premium product.

Our team delivers its best work when we’re empowered to apply our creativity to solve a client’s challenges and capture their unique story.

Can you accommodate rush orders or tight deadlines?

Within reason, absolutely. We understand that some projects require a quick turnaround, and as long as we can maintain our quality standards, we’re happy to meet your deadline.

During our discovery call, we’ll discuss your timeline needs, and our team will assess whether we can deliver within that timeframe. With rushed deadlines, there is frequently an additional cost associated and will be factored into the initial quote.

Do you offer customizable packages to fit different budgets and needs?

Absolutely. We tailor every project to meet your specific requirements and budget. During our discovery meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and preferences to create a package that aligns with your budget.

Do you offer distribution and marketing services for the completed video?

Yes, we are a full service video production agency here to help in every component of your project. In addition to creating a great video, we offer comprehensive distribution and marketing services to ensure your video reaches the right audience and achieves the impact you desire.
